Last week, Moses Lake Police officers received calls from residents in the Montlake Park area, who found neo-nazi propaganda flyers on their lawns.

Washington State Patrol is currently investigating the collision.

The Moses Lake Police Officers later obtained a search warrant to enter the homeless encampment and arrested Eric Applegate.

Officers found multiple shell casings at the scene, including multiple gunshots in the victim’s car.

The suspect sustained minor injuries and was arrested for DUI by the Washington State Patrol, although he will likely face additional charges
